Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cruz Ventures LLC, doing business as Pipeline, collects, uses and protects personal information. It covers this website, our customers and the people our campaigns contact.

1. Who we are

Cruz Ventures LLC, doing business as Pipeline ("Pipeline", "we", "us"), 8401 Mayland Dr #10128, Richmond, VA 23294. Contact us about privacy at braden@trypipeline.co.

2. Information we collect

Website visitors

You do not need an account to use this site. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.

Contact form and email

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, website, the service you are interested in and a message. If you email us, we receive your address and your message. We use this information to reply to you and to arrange a call. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Calls

The booking buttons open a Google Calendar scheduling page: calendar.app.google. Information you enter there goes to Google and to us. We use it to arrange and run the call.

Payments

Checkout runs on Stripe. You enter your payment details on Stripe's own page, not on this site. Stripe shares your name, email, business name, billing address and payment status with us. We do not see or store full card numbers.

Customers

When you become a customer, we handle your account details, your target lists, your message copy, the replies your campaigns receive and meeting details. We use this information only to provide the services under our Customer Agreement.

3. People our campaigns contact

Our campaigns send LinkedIn messages to business professionals on behalf of our customers. For these campaigns we process names, job titles, company names, LinkedIn profile links and, where a person replies, the content of the conversation.

  • The data comes from lists our customers supply, or from commercial business data providers that we use for Fully Managed GTM campaigns.
  • We use it only to run the campaign the customer has paid for and to route replies to that customer.
  • If you do not want to receive further messages, reply "stop" to the message or email us. We will stop contacting you for all of our customers.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, run and improve our services.
  • To reply to questions and arrange calls.
  • To bill customers and keep business records.
  • To keep our site and services secure and to follow the law.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in business to business outreach and in running our company, and legal obligations.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Website hosting.
  • Email delivery for the contact form, and our business email.
  • Payment processing (Stripe).
  • Call scheduling (Google).
  • Our LinkedIn sending platform and unified inbox.
  • Business data providers, for Fully Managed GTM lead lists.

Each customer sees the replies to their own campaigns. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact and call information for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and no longer than two years without further contact. We delete customer campaign data within 60 days after the customer agreement ends, unless the law requires us to keep it. We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and providers that encrypt data in transit. No method is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We do not treat you differently for using these rights.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change. We tell customers about material changes by email.
