Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of trypipeline.co and your purchase of Pipeline packages. Pipeline is a trade name of Cruz Ventures LLC.
1. Who we are
Cruz Ventures LLC, doing business as Pipeline ("Pipeline", "we", "us"), runs LinkedIn outreach for businesses. Our address is 8401 Mayland Dr #10128, Richmond, VA 23294. By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Buying a package
Our services are for businesses, not consumers. When you buy a package, you accept our Customer Agreement by ticking the agreement box at checkout. The Customer Agreement governs the services. If it and these terms differ, the Customer Agreement applies.
You can start in two ways: pay for a package and then book your setup call, or book a discovery call first and pay after it. Sending starts only after the setup call.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on this site are monthly package prices in US dollars and do not include taxes. The price shown at checkout applies to your order. We may change prices on this site at any time. For existing customers, the Customer Agreement sets how price changes work. Payments run through Stripe and renew monthly until you cancel. Read how we count messages on the pricing page.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. If you or we cancel before any sending starts, we refund your first payment in full. After sending starts, payments are not refundable. Section 8 of the Customer Agreement has the full rules.
5. No promise of results
We do not promise any reply, meeting, sale or revenue. Results depend on your offer, your audience, your follow-up and factors outside our control, including the rules and limits that LinkedIn sets.
6. LinkedIn rules
Each sender account belongs to a real person who authorizes us in writing to send from it. We run sending on an automated platform. LinkedIn's User Agreement limits automation and the use of an account by anyone other than its holder, and LinkedIn can restrict a sender account at any time. We pace sending inside LinkedIn's daily limits, and we do not use false identities. When LinkedIn restricts an account, we pause it and apply the remedy in the Customer Agreement.
7. Use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, copy it at scale, or gain access to anything that is not public. Information you send us through the site must be true.
8. Our content
The text, design and marks on this site belong to Pipeline or its licensors. You may view and share a page for ordinary business use. You may not reproduce the site as your own.
9. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party pages, such as our booking page and Stripe checkout. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimer and limit of liability
We provide this site as it is. We try to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that arises from your use of the site. The Customer Agreement sets the liability terms for our services.
11. Law and courts
The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern these terms. The state and federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
